The Role

Satterfield Group is seeking a creative and organized Social Media Associate to support client accounts across automotive, lifestyle, hospitality, luxury, and heritage-focused brands.

This is a contract position based in Bryan, Texas, with the opportunity to grow into a larger role as the agency expands.

The ideal candidate understands how to create engaging content, manage posting schedules, write compelling copy, and maintain a consistent brand voice across multiple social media platforms.

• Create and manage monthly social media calendars for multiple client accounts
• Write captions, social copy, and short-form marketing content
• Schedule and publish content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others
• Edit and resize photos for social media use
• Assist with basic graphic creation using Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop, or similar tools
• Monitor engagement and help maintain active social communities
• Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
• Coordinate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency across campaigns
• Assist during events, shoots, and activations when needed
• Maintain organized content libraries and scheduling systems

• Strong writing and copy editing skills
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms
• Experience using social media scheduling tools
• Basic photo editing and graphic design skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
• Interest in automotive, lifestyle, luxury, hospitality, or outdoor brands is a plus

• Previous experience in marketing, communications, social media, or content creation
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Later, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite
• Photography or short-form video editing experience is a bonus

 We are looking for a creative videographer to produce high-quality visual storytelling for our clients. This role will involve capturing and editing engaging video content for social media, branding, and event marketing.
Key Responsibilities:

• Filming and editing videos for luxury brands and hospitality clients
• Producing dynamic social media reels and campaign videos
• Collaborating with clients and the creative team to execute brand visions
• Ensuring video content aligns with high-end brand aesthetics

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of professional videography experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Strong portfolio of brand and lifestyle video work
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Own professional video equipment
