The Role

We are seeking a Senior Event Planner with 5+ years of professional event experience to lead planning and execution from concept through completion.

This is not an entry-level coordination role. We are looking for a confident, client-facing professional who can independently manage events, vendors, budgets, and on-site execution with excellence and composure.

The role may be structured as:

One full-time planner

or

Two experienced part-time planners to provide event coverage flexibility

Responsibilities

• Lead event strategy, planning, and execution
• Manage budgets, timelines, and logistics
• Source and oversee vendor relationships
• Serve as primary client contact for assigned events
• Direct on-site production with professionalism
• Collaborate with internal creative and marketing teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional event planning or hospitality experience
• Strong organizational and operational skills
• Polished communication and client management abilities
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve in real time
• Availability for evening and weekend events as needed
• A degree in Hospitality, Business, or Marketing is welcomed but not required. Experience, professionalism, and reliability are essential.

Position: Part-Time/Contract

 We are looking for a creative videographer to produce high-quality visual storytelling for our clients. This role will involve capturing and editing engaging video content for social media, branding, and event marketing.
Key Responsibilities:

• Filming and editing videos for luxury brands and hospitality clients
• Producing dynamic social media reels and campaign videos
• Collaborating with clients and the creative team to execute brand visions
• Ensuring video content aligns with high-end brand aesthetics

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of professional videography experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Strong portfolio of brand and lifestyle video work
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Own professional video equipment
